The »bidding war« ended at USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,407.35), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jack Lorimer Gray achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Running Before The Trades in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 145,875.00 (€ 170,262.25).
