Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Decay (Lake Point Tower) by Iván Navarro was auctioned at Phillips in New York in September 2019. The price achieved of USD 31,250.00 (€ 28,656.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Iván Navarro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shortcut in May 2013 with an auction result of USD 161,000.00 (€ 123,960.58).
