Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ivan Chuikov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,386.00 (€ 1,612.63) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ivan Chuikov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fake in December 2021 with an auction result of GBP 214,200.00 (€ 255,495.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ivan Chuikov kam im September 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.386,00 (€ 1.612,63) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ivan Chuikov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fake im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 214.200,00 (€ 255.495,67).
