Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Inji Efflatoun was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November last year. The price achieved of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,909.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Inji Efflatoun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Egyptian'Ahlam Almuetaqala (Dreams Of The Detainee) in April 2018 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 78,298.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Inji Efflatoun kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.909,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Inji Efflatoun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Egyptian'Ahlam Almuetaqala (Dreams Of The Detainee) im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 78.298,93).
