Auction result misses estimated price range
In October last year a collector was able to acquire the work "Brassy Gong" by Ida Ekblad for SEK 4,000.00 (€ 366.02). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ida Ekblad achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 94,168.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Brassy Gong" von Ida Ekblad für SEK 4.000,00 (€ 366,02) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ida Ekblad erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 94.168,93).
