Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Alabastaron by Ida Ekblad was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 5,040.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ida Ekblad achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in February 2020 with an auction result of GBP 81,250.00 (€ 94,168.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Alabastaron von Ida Ekblad kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.040,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ida Ekblad erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.250,00 (€ 94.168,93).
