The result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 22,667.51) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Howard Mehring - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Solar, which sold at auction in March 2016 for USD 52,500.00 (€ 46,093.06).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 22.667,51) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Howard Mehring mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Solar beobachtet, die im März 2016 für USD 52.500,00 (€ 46.093,06) versteigert wurde.
