In April 2000 Christies in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Aldous Huxley by Howard Coster. The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,290.00 (€ 3,619.76), 32% above the upper estimate. Other works by Howard Coster have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,832.67) in February 2019 for the work Gluck, Ca.1932.

Im April 2000 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Aldous Huxley von Howard Coster zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.290,00 (€ 3.619,76) und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Howard Coster haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.832,67) im Februar 2019 für die Arbeit Gluck, Ca.1932 beobachtet.
