Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April this year Bonhams held the auction California Art, which included the work Landscape with Foothills and Ranch House by Hanson Puthuff. Here, the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 5,355.00 (€ 4,850.54). Admittedly, works by Hanson Puthuff have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Snowbound in June 2002 with an auction result of USD 38,240.00 (€ 38,798.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion California Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape with Foothills and Ranch House von Hanson Puthuff zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 5.355,00 (€ 4.850,54) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hanson Puthuff auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Snowbound im Juni 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 38.240,00 (€ 38.798,70).
