The work Pop (Blue) by Guy de Rougemont was sold in the Boundless: Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in January 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 7,165.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guy de Rougemont achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.

Die Arbeit Pop (Blue) von Guy de Rougemont wurde im Januar 2017 in der Auktion Boundless: Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 7.165,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guy de Rougemont erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
