In April 2020 Phillips in an online auction held the auction Current Mood: Online Auction, which included the work Three totems by Guy de Rougemont. The »bidding war« ended at USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,416.70), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guy de Rougemont achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 35 % übertroffen
Im April 2020 führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Current Mood: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three totems von Guy de Rougemont zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.416,70) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guy de Rougemont erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
