The work Lampe Nuage by Guy de Rougemont was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in January 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,941.82), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 43%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guy de Rougemont achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lampe Nuage von Guy de Rougemont kam im Januar 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.941,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guy de Rougemont erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Occasional Nuage Table, Designed In 1972, Realised In 2006 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
