The work Red Army by Guo Jin was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in March 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 9,758.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 35%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guo Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Performance No. 7 in March 2008 with an auction result of USD 193,000.00 (€ 122,113.26).

Die Arbeit Red Army von Guo Jin kam im März 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 9.758,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guo Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Performance No. 7 im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 193.000,00 (€ 122.113,26).
