Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work 'Bouquet De Fleurs Dans Une Niche', 2006 by Guido Mocafico. The price achieved of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,913.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guido Mocafico achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Serpens in November 2014 with an auction result of GBP 92,500.00 (€ 116,298.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Bouquet De Fleurs Dans Une Niche', 2006 von Guido Mocafico zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.913,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guido Mocafico erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Serpens im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 92.500,00 (€ 116.298,04).
