In November 2016 Phillips in London held the auction Photographs, which included the work Selected Images from Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka by Guido Mocafico. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 93,750.00 (€ 110,615.78), 34% above the upper estimate. Other works by Guido Mocafico have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 92,500.00 (€ 116,298.04) in November 2014 for the work Serpens.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 34 % übertroffen
Im November 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Selected Images from Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka von Guido Mocafico zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 110.615,78) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Guido Mocafico haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 92.500,00 (€ 116.298,04) im November 2014 für die Arbeit Serpens beobachtet.
