Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Guan Si was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in November 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 72,000.00 (€ 8,005.67), 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guan Si achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poetic Gathering in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 4,720,000.00 (€ 555,446.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Guan Si wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 8.005,67) und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Guan Si erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poetic Gathering im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.720.000,00 (€ 555.446,09).
