Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary East, which included the work Russian self-Portrait by Georgy Gurianov. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 143,000.00 (€ 171,646.66), 19% above the upper estimate. Other works by Georgy Gurianov have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 188,500.00 (€ 226,834.52) in November 2013 for the work Rower Sergey.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary East durch, in der auch die Arbeit Russian self-Portrait von Georgy Gurianov zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 143.000,00 (€ 171.646,66) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Georgy Gurianov haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 188.500,00 (€ 226.834,52) im November 2013 für die Arbeit Rower Sergey beobachtet.
