Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Segal achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Dancers in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 1,025,000.00 (€ 751,466.28).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 4.032,00 (€ 3.634,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von George Segal erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Dancers im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.025.000,00 (€ 751.466,28).
