Auction result well in line with expectations

The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 32,500.00 (€ 29,802.84) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by George Lovett Kingsland Morris - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Intrusion, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 68,750.00 (€ 60,910.78).
