In November 2021 Christies in New York held the auction American Art, which included the work Dual Projection by George Lovett Kingsland Morris. The »bidding war« ended at USD 56,250.00 (€ 49,836.09), 61% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by George Lovett Kingsland Morris; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Intrusion sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of USD 68,750.00 (€ 60,910.78).
