It achieved a price of USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,048.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Benjamin Luks achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lily Williams in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,874,500.00 (€ 1,515,482.25).
