However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Frank Cadogan Cowper - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Our Lady of the Fruits of the Earth, which sold at auction in December 2011 for GBP 469,250.00 (€ 561,993.16).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 162.508,91) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 72%.
