It achieved a price of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,324.38), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Francis Holman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A view of Blackwell Yard from the Thames in December 2018 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 153,187.19).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.324,38) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Francis Holman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A view of Blackwell Yard from the Thames im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00 (€ 153.187,19).
