Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,133.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fern Coppedge achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Village Hillside in June 2016 with an auction result of USD 162,500.00 (€ 147,298.77).

Die Arbeit The Little Farm, Blue Mountains von Fern Coppedge kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.133,78) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden.
