Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Diptych) by Farideh Lashai was auctioned at Phillips in London in October 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 15,933.02). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Farideh Lashai - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work El Amal, which sold at auction in October 2011 for USD 72,100.00 (€ 51,695.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Diptych) von Farideh Lashai kam im Oktober 2008 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 12.500,00 (€ 15.933,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Farideh Lashai mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit El Amal beobachtet, die im Oktober 2011 für USD 72.100,00 (€ 51.695,71) versteigert wurde.
