Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,134.98) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eve Arnold have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Marilyn, 1955-1960 in December 2008 with an auction result of USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,451.33).
