Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Eugène Druet could be acquired at Sothebys in London in May 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Photographs auction, the work Sculpture By Rodin, C. 1900 changed hands for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,498.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Eugène Druet - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sculptures De Rodin, Vers 18976 Silver Prints. One Print Signed By The Photographer In Ink On The Reverse, One Signed In The Negative, One Signed By The Photographer And By Aguste Rodin In The Negative, Four Prints Stamped On The Reverse., which sold at auction in November 2013 for EUR 8,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Eugène Druet konnte im Mai 2008 bei Sothebys in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
