A top price for Ethan Cook
When the work Untitled (Begin in one corner) by Ethan Cook was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March last year, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - USD 15,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at USD 50,400.00 (€ 45,434.06). This high result makes Untitled (Begin in one corner) the most expensive artwork by Ethan Cook that we have observed at auctions so far.
