Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Manina by Erwin Blumenfeld was auctioned at Phillips in New York in October 2020. The price achieved of USD 15,000.00 (€ 12,878.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erwin Blumenfeld have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Manina, Paris in May 2014 with an auction result of GBP 80,500.00 (€ 98,937.10).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Manina von Erwin Blumenfeld kam im Oktober 2020 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 12.878,85) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Erwin Blumenfeld auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Manina, Paris im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 80.500,00 (€ 98.937,10).
