In May 2016 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work The Grand Ceremony of Prosperity by Erica Hestu Wahyuni. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,892.46), 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Erica Hestu Wahyuni have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 24,700.83) in November 2010 for the work Great Africa Safari.

Im Mai 2016 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Grand Ceremony of Prosperity von Erica Hestu Wahyuni zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.892,46) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Erica Hestu Wahyuni haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 24.700,83) im November 2010 für die Arbeit Great Africa Safari beobachtet.
