The work Beautiful Europe by Erica Hestu Wahyuni was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 10,266.96), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Erica Hestu Wahyuni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Great Africa Safari, which sold at auction in November 2010 for HKD 250,000.00 (€ 24,700.83).

Die Arbeit Beautiful Europe von Erica Hestu Wahyuni kam im Mai 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 10.266,96) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Für andere Arbeiten von Erica Hestu Wahyuni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Great Africa Safari beobachtet, die im November 2010 für HKD 250.000,00 (€ 24.700,83) versteigert wurde.
