Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dream House by Erica Hestu Wahyuni was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,890.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Erica Hestu Wahyuni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Great Africa Safari in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 250,000.00 (€ 24,700.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dream House von Erica Hestu Wahyuni kam im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.890,26) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Erica Hestu Wahyuni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Great Africa Safari im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 250.000,00 (€ 24.700,83).
