It achieved a price of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 109,362.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. Admittedly, works by Emil Filla have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Czech seated Woman in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 729,000.00 (€ 827,523.45).

Die Arbeit Váza s kyticí a broskve (Vase of flowers and peaches) von Emil Filla kam im Februar 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 93.750,00 (€ 109.362,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emil Filla auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Czech seated Woman im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 729.000,00 (€ 827.523,45).
