Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Czech view Over Gru by Emil Filla for GBP 110,500.00 (€ 132,971.96). This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Emil Filla have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Czech seated Woman in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 729,000.00 (€ 827,523.45).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Czech view Over Gru von Emil Filla für GBP 110.500,00 (€ 132.971,96) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 120.000,00 – 180.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Emil Filla auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Czech seated Woman im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 729.000,00 (€ 827.523,45).
