In November 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection, which included the work Czech Herakles. Cyklus Deseti Leptů S Úvodem Františka Halase. Prague: Zodiak, 1946 by Emil Filla. The result of GBP 600.00 (€ 754.37) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emil Filla achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Czech seated Woman in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 729,000.00 (€ 827,523.45).

Im November 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Czech Avant-Garde Art from the Roy and Mary Cullen Collection durch, in der auch die Arbeit Czech Herakles. Cyklus Deseti Leptů S Úvodem Františka Halase. Prague: Zodiak, 1946 von Emil Filla zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 600,00 (€ 754,37) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emil Filla erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Czech seated Woman im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 729.000,00 (€ 827.523,45).
