Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 6,075.00 (€ 5,184.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Emerson Woelffer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 7th Street, which sold at auction in January 2011 for USD 16,250.00 (€ 11,848.34).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.075,00 (€ 5.184,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden.
