This work without title by Elliott Puckette was auctioned at Christies in New York in July 2017. It achieved a price of USD 11,875.00 (€ 10,041.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 48%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Elliott Puckette - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in November 2008 for USD 37,500.00 (€ 29,541.52).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Elliott Puckette kam im Juli 2017 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 10.041,43) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 48%. Für andere Arbeiten von Elliott Puckette mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im November 2008 für USD 37.500,00 (€ 29.541,52) versteigert wurde.
