This artwork by Eberhard Havekost achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in October 2019. In the Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction auction, the work Modell A°N1 sold for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,398.92) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eberhard Havekost achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Team in February 2006 with an auction result of GBP 131,200.00 (€ 192,965.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 88 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eberhard Havekost erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction wurde die Arbeit Modell A°N1 für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.398,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eberhard Havekost erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Team im Februar 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 131.200,00 (€ 192.965,77).
