The »bidding war« ended at GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,817.21), 72% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eberhard Havekost achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Team in February 2006 with an auction result of GBP 131,200.00 (€ 192,965.77).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.817,21) und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Eberhard Havekost erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Team im Februar 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 131.200,00 (€ 192.965,77).
