A top price for Insho Domoto
In September 2002 Christies in New York held the auction Japanese and Korean Art, which included the work Chikaku ("Perception") by Insho Domoto. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,145.00 (€ 13,306.00). With this result, Chikaku ("Perception") is even the most expensive work of art by Insho Domoto that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Insho Domoto
Im September 2002 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Japanese and Korean Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chikaku ("Perception") von Insho Domoto zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.145,00 (€ 13.306,00) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Chikaku ("Perception") sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Insho Domoto, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
