The work Shout and Birth Series No. 4 by Ding Fang was worth HKD 667,500.00 (€ 58,351.72) to a buyer in November 2007. This price was achieved in the auction Asian Contemporary Art at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Ding Fang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Boat Tracker in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 2,419,000.00 (€ 272,536.58).

Die Arbeit Shout and Birth Series No. 4 von Ding Fang war einem Käufer im November 2007 HKD 667.500,00 (€ 58.351,72) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ding Fang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Boat Tracker im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.419.000,00 (€ 272.536,58).
