Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2006 Christies in New York held the auction Prints and Multiples, which included this untitled work by David Row. The price achieved of USD 840.00 (€ 704.40) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 700.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by David Row have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Slow Expansion #545 in March 2008 with an auction result of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,710.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2006 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Prints and Multiples durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von David Row zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 840,00 (€ 704,40) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von David Row auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Slow Expansion #545 im März 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.710,93).
