A top price for David Row - as previously expected
In March 2008 Phillips in London held the auction Saturday@Phillips, which included the work Slow Expansion #545 by David Row. It changed hands for a price of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,710.93) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Slow Expansion #545 is the most expensive artwork by David Row that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im März 2008 führte Phillips in London die Auktion Saturday@Phillips durch, in der auch die Arbeit Slow Expansion #545 von David Row zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.710,93) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Slow Expansion #545 das teuerste Kunstwerk von David Row, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
