Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by David Johnson could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in March 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Art auction, the work Mount Mansfield, Vermont changed hands for USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,566.44) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Johnson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View From New Windsor, Hudson River in May 2012 with an auction result of USD 722,500.00 (€ 584,357.81).

Dieses Kunstwerk von David Johnson konnte im März 2019 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
