A top price for David Dawson - as previously expected

The price achieved of USD 12,700.00 (€ 12,017.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Selected Images of Lucien Freud at Work is the most expensive artwork by David Dawson that we have observed at auctions so far.
