In December 2019 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Online | New York, which included the work Sidelong Glance by Dave Muller. The »bidding war« ended at USD 375.00 (€ 334.02), 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dave Muller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Beatle In Mercury'S Clothing in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 85,273.79).

Im Dezember 2019 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Online | New York durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sidelong Glance von Dave Muller zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 375,00 (€ 334,02) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dave Muller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Beatle In Mercury'S Clothing im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 85.273,79).
