Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2020 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Contemporary Art Online | Milan, which included the work Spatial Fragment (#556) & Spatial Fragment (#98) (2) by Dave Muller. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,750.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dave Muller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Beatle In Mercury'S Clothing in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 85,273.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2020 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Contemporary Art Online | Milan durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spatial Fragment (#556) & Spatial Fragment (#98) (2) von Dave Muller zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.750,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dave Muller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Beatle In Mercury'S Clothing im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 85.273,79).
