The work Landscape by Dai Benxiao was sold in the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 352,800.00 (€ 37,772.77), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Admittedly, works by Dai Benxiao have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Travel Inspiration Of Mount Huangshan in March 2017 with an auction result of USD 396,500.00 (€ 370,630.02).

Die Arbeit Landscape von Dai Benxiao wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 352.800,00 (€ 37.772,77) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Dai Benxiao auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Travel Inspiration Of Mount Huangshan im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 396.500,00 (€ 370.630,02).
