Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2010 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work View on the Bickersgracht in Amsterdam by Cornelis Vreedenburgh. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 9,375.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Vreedenburgh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Loosdrechtse Plassen in June 2001 with an auction result of NLG 99,875.00 (€ 48,004.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2010 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit View on the Bickersgracht in Amsterdam von Cornelis Vreedenburgh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 9.375,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Vreedenburgh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Loosdrechtse Plassen im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 99.875,00 (€ 48.004,59).
