In the Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) auction, the work September morgen, Hattem: a quiet morning near Hattem sold for EUR 7,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Cornelis Vreedenburgh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Loosdrechtse Plassen in June 2001 with an auction result of NLG 99,875.00 (€ 48,004.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Cornelis Vreedenburgh erzielte im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Masters & 19th century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) wurde die Arbeit September morgen, Hattem: a quiet morning near Hattem für EUR 7.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Vreedenburgh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Loosdrechtse Plassen im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 99.875,00 (€ 48.004,59).
